Cheese and Bacon Omelette

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. When the butter has melted, pour in the egg mixture and stir gently.
  3. Continue cooking for 1-2 minutes, until the eggs begin to set. Sprinkle with 45 ml of Armstrong Mmmm… Bacon shredded cheese and fold the omelette into a half-moon shape. Continue cooking for about another minute or until the cheese has melted.
  4. Top with the remaining cheese and parsley.
