Crostini with Extra Old Cheddar Cheese and Cranberry Compote

This crostini recipe with Extra Old Cheddar Cheese and cranberry compote makes for small bites that go down easy! The tangy taste of cranberry is a nice contrast to the character of our Extra Old Cheddar Cheese, with the crunch of the crouton completing this easy-to-prepare canapé. A perfect recipe to serve to guests, or as a little snack you can whip up in a flash.
