Turkey & Marble ‘Tacos’
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole wheat sandwich bread
- 4 ounces sliced deli turkey
- 1/2 cup (125g) lettuce, chopped
- 2 slices Armstrong Marble Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) mayonnaise
Directions
- Using a biscuit or cookie cutter, cut a large round into the bread. Lightly flatten bread with your hands or a rolling pin.
- Spread 1 tbsp of mayonnaise on bread. Top with turkey and cheese. Add shredded lettuce and any other accompaniments on top.
- Gently fold sandwich into a taco shape and enjoy! Perfect for bento box lunchboxes!
