Monterey Jack Cheese Slices with Jalapeño

Ingredients

4 Armstrong Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeño slices
1 Ciabatta roll
1 x 6-8 oz grilled chicken breast
1/4 cup arugula
1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
3-4 pickles, thinly sliced
2 tbsp spicy mayo

Directions

Slice Ciabatta in half.
Place Armstrong Monterey Jack cheese with Jalapeño slices on bottom half of bread. Top with grilled chicken breast, arugula, sliced avocado and pickles. Drizzle with spicy mayo and top with bread. Grill on medium heat, 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
Cut in half and enjoy!
