Ingredients
- Spare croissants
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme, minced (and a few sprigs to decorate)

1 x 300 g bag Armstrong Mmmm... Bacon Natural Shredded Cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cut each croissant into three pieces.
- In a bowl, crack the two eggs. Add the milk, spices, and whisk the mixture.
- One by one, dip each piece of croissant in the liquid mixture before placing them in a baking dish.
- Generously top the croissants with Armstrong Mmmm… Bacon Natural Shredded Cheese.
- Pour the remaining liquid mixture over the soaked croissants, before adding more Armstrong Mmmm... Bacon Natural Shredded Cheese (the more, the better!).
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and the cheese is melted, then enjoy!
