Cheesy Croissant Casserole

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut each croissant into three pieces.
  3. In a bowl, crack the two eggs. Add the milk, spices, and whisk the mixture.
  4. One by one, dip each piece of croissant in the liquid mixture before placing them in a baking dish.
  5. Generously top the croissants with Armstrong Mmmm… Bacon Natural Shredded Cheese.
  6. Pour the remaining liquid mixture over the soaked croissants, before adding more Armstrong Mmmm... Bacon Natural Shredded Cheese (the more, the better!).
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and the cheese is melted, then enjoy!
