1 cup (250 mL) Armstrong Old Cheddar Cheese, cubed
¾ cup (175 mL) cream cheese (room temperature)
½ cup (125 mL) heavy cream
garlic powder, to taste
dried basil, to taste
smoked paprika, to taste
mustard powder, to taste
dried tarragon, to taste
lemon pepper, to taste
Over medium heat in a medium saucepan add cream cheese and heavy cream. Stir until melted, then add cubed Armstrong Old Cheddar Cheese plus spices to taste.
Stir gently until cheese is melted and no lumps remain.
Serve warm with your favourite nacho chips.
