Pulled Turkey Wrap

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) shredded cooked turkey
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) hummus
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas 
  • 8 slices Armstrong Marble Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup (250 mL) thinly sliced cucumbers
  • 8 slices cooked bacon
 

Directions

  1. Toss turkey with barbecue sauce. Spread hummus down along centre of each tortilla, leaving 1-inch (2.5 cm) border. Top with cheese slices, cucumbers, turkey mixture and bacon. 
  2. Fold up bottom of each tortilla over filling, then fold in sides and roll up tightly. To serve, cut each wrap in half.

Tip: Substitute pulled turkey, with chicken or pork, if desired.
