Armstrong Cheese Dip

- 1 cup (250 mL) Armstrong Old Cheddar Cheese, cubed
- ¾ cup (175 mL) cream cheese (room temperature)
- ½ cup (125 mL) heavy cream
- garlic powder, to taste
- dried basil, to taste
- smoked paprika, to taste
- mustard powder, to taste
- dried tarragon, to taste
- lemon pepper, to taste
- Over medium heat in a medium saucepan add cream cheese and heavy cream. Stir until melted, then add cubed Armstrong Old Cheddar Cheese plus spices to taste.
- Stir gently until cheese is melted and no lumps remain.
- Serve warm with your favourite nacho chips.
