Club Sandwich Skewers

Ingredients

  • 12 cubes bread, each about ½-inch (1-cm)
  • 3 Armstrong Marble Cheese Snacks, each cut into 4
  • 8 grape tomatoes
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and cut in half
  • 4 slices turkey, cut in half and rolled
  • 2 large romaine leaves, cut into quarters
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) ranch dressing, for dipping

Directions

  1. Onto each 12-inch (30-cm) skewer, thread 1 cube of bread, 1 piece of Armstrong Marble Cheese Snack, tomato, bacon, turkey and lettuce. Repeat pattern once, then finish with an additional piece of Armstrong cheese and 1 bread cube.
  2. Serve skewers with ranch dressing for dipping.
