Armstrong Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) Armstrong Old Cheddar Cheese, cubed
  • ¾ cup (175 mL) cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ½ cup (125 mL) heavy cream
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • dried basil, to taste
  • smoked paprika, to taste
  • mustard powder, to taste
  • dried tarragon, to taste
  • lemon pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Over medium heat in a medium saucepan add cream cheese and heavy cream.  Stir until melted, then add cubed Armstrong Old Cheddar Cheese plus spices to taste.
  2. Stir gently until cheese is melted and no lumps remain.
  3. Serve warm with your favourite nacho chips.
